She enjoyed spending time on the lake with her family and working at Craft Castle. After her husbands retirement, they moved back to Cookeville, Tenn., where she loved spending time with her grandchildren, her new friends and gardening. Billie was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cookeville. Billie was preceded in death by her parents, Ezra and Eula Owens; and her siblings, Dee Owens, Ed Owens, Carolyn Hooks, Jerry Owens; and by a grandson, Mitchell Thomas Moore.
