Ray Brodie

ROSSVILLE Raymond Rethel "Ray" Brodie, Jr., 53, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones,onSunday, Aug. 28, 2016. Ray was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, an accomplished and award-winning tournament fisherman andenjoyed hunting, woodcarving, and collecting and researching historical Civil War and Native American relics. Rayis predeceased byhis parents, Raymond and Shirley Brodie; and his wife of 30 years, Donna Brodie. Ray is survived byhislovingwife, and childhood sweetheart, Sandy Vice Brodie. Rayis lovingly remembered byhis two daughters, Amber (Chad) Regal and Tasha (Daniel) Brodie; his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brodie Regal; brothers, Steve (Gwen) Brodie Sr., Robert (Beth) Brodie, Timothy Stinnett, Bo (Amy) Ramsey; and sisters, Kimberly (Mike) Morell, Dawn Brodie; and step-mother, Lenora Brodie; several nieces and nephews; brother-in-law, John Henegar; and life-long friend, Kenneth Vice.
