Arnold Bigham

LaFAYETTE Arnold "Troy" Bigham, 87, passed away Monday, Aug. 8, 2016. Troy departed this life just days after the passing of his loving wife of 66 years, Katie Lancaster Bigham. Katie passed Thursday, Aug. 4. The couple was inseparable and was laid to rest together. Along with his wife, he was preceded in death by his parents, William Oscar Bigham and Corra Postell Bigham. He is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Donna Crawford, of LaFayette, Troyce (Tony) Slay, of Chickamauga, and Renee (Roger) White, of Trion; son and daughter-in-law, Brent (Alisa) Bigham, of Trion; ten grandchildren, seventeen great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Family would like to thank the caregivers and Life Choice Hospice. A graveside service was held at West Hill Cemetery in Trion Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at 11 a.m., with speaker Dirk Uncle officiating. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
