Howard Limbaugh

Howard "Glen" Limbaugh, 72, passed away Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016. A native of Franklin County, Glen was born on Dec. 4, 1943, to the late Chester Conley Limbaugh and Barbara Ann Amacher. He graduated from Franklin County High School and worked for Coca Cola Bottling Company for over 30 years. He also served in the United States Army in the 82 Airborne Division. In addition to his parents, Glen is preceded in death by a brother, Conley Limbaugh; and a sister, Agnes Clark. He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Ann Ivey, of Mobile, Ala.; a son, Dr. Howard Robert (Nikki) Limbaugh Brock; brothers, Paul (Betty) Limbaugh, of Chattanooga and Alton Limbaugh, of Cowan; a sister Chrystal (Ronnie) McBee, of Winchester; and grandchildren, Nick, Charlie, Jessica, and Benjamin; a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016, from 10 a.m. to noon at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with the funeral service being conducted at noon with Rev. David Kemp officiating.
