Patsy Jenkins Patsy Lee Jenkins, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Aug. 28, 2016. She was born on Jan. 8, 1939 in Chattanooga. She worked as a CNA and was a licensed minister. She was of the full gospel faith. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Ruel and Katherine Harvey Jenkins; brother, Charlie Jenkins; former husband, Carl Quinn. She is survived by her daughters, Carla Quinn, of Charlotte, N.C. and Angela (Wael) Takrouri, of Chattanooga; son, Greg (Vickie) Hopkins, of Ringgold, Ga.; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Bobbie (Charles) Wright, of Ringgold, Ga., Judy Boggs, of Apopka, Fla., Linda (Ben) Yother, of Rock Springs, Ga.; brother, Robert (Sharon) Jenkins, of Cleveland. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., today, in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Joey Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
