CLEVELAND — Ruth Ellen (Pellen) Hardwick, 86, passed away on Friday, Oct. 14, 2016. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Broad Street United Methodist Church in Cleveland. Visitation will be in the Narthex of the church beginning at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made either to The American Red Cross of Southeast Tennessee, 4115 South Access Road, Chattanooga, TN 37406 or Broad Street United Methodist Church, Music and Arts Memorial Fund, 155 Central Ave NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
