Phyllis Anna Ruth Hensley, 82, passed away Feb. 2, 2016, at Baptist Healthcare Center. Funeral service set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016, at the Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home chapel. Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald will officiate. Interment will follow at Rhea Memory Gardens.
