Mary Lynn Turner

Mary Lynn Patterson Turner, 48, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, Feb. 8, 2016. She was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and was of the Church of God faith. Lynn was a devoted and loving, mother, sister and aunt who will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Noland Patterson; son, Bruce Turner Jr.; sisters, Mayora Beach and JoAnn Patterson; and brother, Ladon Patterson. Lynn is survived by her loving daughter, Elizabeth Russell; mother, Mary Elizabeth Patterson; brothers, Jimmy Patterson, Rickey Patterson and Cecil Patterson; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, all day on Wednesday and prior to the service on Thursday. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home, J. Avery Bryan Chapel, Chickmauga.
