Polly Henson

Laura Pauline "Polly" (Craig) Henson, 93, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 11, 2016. She was a lifelong member of the Chattanooga area, and was a member of The Church of God. Polly will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Bonnie (Corbin) Craig; sister, Ruth Kinsey, and loving husband, Ralph Henson. Polly is survived by her daughters, Janie Henson, of Greenville, Tenn., Marie (Morris) Powell, of Lookout Mountain, Ga., Ann (Dwayne) Burnett, of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Eric Powell, Adam Burnett, Richard "Tweed" Powell, and great grandchildren, Ethan Powell, Molly Burnett, and Mason Powell. The family wishes to give special thanks to the staff of Consulate Healthcare of Chattanooga for the kindness and care shown to Polly. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2016, in Anderson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Saturday, from 3-7 p.m. and until 1 p.m. on Sunday.
