Elma Perkins

Elma Dalva Perkins, 76, passed away at her home on Friday, Feb. 12, 2016. A daughter of the late Theordore and Naomi Graham, she attended Lakeview High School in Fort Oglethorpe. Elma had an eye for design and spent many years working as an interior designer. For the past 20 years she had worked at Wal-Mart. She was also a gifted quilter and a longtime attendee of the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Perkins. Survivors include her daughter, Diania Lowe; grandchildren, Sabrina (Joe) Boyd and Jason (Tiffany) Lowe; great-grandchildren, Caleb and Cassidy Boyd, Mallory and Logan Lowe. In accordance with her wishes, a private service will be held. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
