Richard Henry Andrews, Sr., 83, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016, in a local hospital. He will lie-in-state today after 9:30 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at noon in the chapel. Burial: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
