Bettye Jean Radden Bettye Jean Degraphenreed Radden, 84, of Chattanooga, passed Wednesday, July 20, 2016, in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Heheadon Radden. Services will be held today at 11 a.m. at Washington Hills United Methodist Church. Interment at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
