Paul Yates

Paul Davis Yates, entered the world July 22, 1928. He left us Oct. 27, 2016. He was preceded by his loving wife of 58 years, Ethel McKinnon Yates; daughters, Quinnette Yates Stevenson, Carol Yates Conkling; and grandson, Kevin Stevenson. Paul served as an U.S. Air Force pilot, NASA administrator, and retired as a writer for DoD. He served his community as a Mason and Scoutmaster for Troop 204. Paul Yates is survived by his sons, Paul and Dan Yates; grandchildren, Jennifer Yates, Paul Yates IV, Guinevere Yates, Mack Yates, John Paul Stevenson, Grace Stevenson, Fisher Yates; and great-grandchildren, Hailey Myers, Addison Bennett, Savannah Grace Stevenson, Andrew Kevin Stevenson, Aubrey Conkling, and Jessica Conkling. Services are at Dan Yates’s home at 3412 Hwy 80 North, Warrenton Ga., Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016, beginning at 1 p.m., across from the Camak Railroad station.
