CHICKAMAUGA — Teresa Lynn Daniel, 54, passed away Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016. A lifelong resident of the Walker County Area, she was a former employee of LaFayette Healthcare where she worked for 19 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Bethie Bell Hixson Daniel; and sister, Betty Jane Daniel. She is survived by two sisters, Sarah (John) Bozeman, of Rossville, Ga., and Julia (Paul) Berry, of Rock Spring, Ga.; five brothers, Tommy (Darlene) Daniel, of Rock Spring, Ga., Justin (Deborah) Daniel, of LaFayette, Ga., William Daniel, of Kensington, Ga., Lewis Daniel, of Kensington, Ga., and Lester (Dawn) Daniel, of Kensington, Ga.; two uncles, John (Ruth) Hixson, of Carrollton, Ga., and George (Jan) Hixson, of LaFayette, Ga., several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Tim Rayburn and Minister Josh Daniel officiating. Interment will follow at LaFayette Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends today, from 4 to 8 p.m., and Sunday, until funeral time at the funeral home.
