Titus Dunnigan

Titus Lamar Dunnigan Sr., 47, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, in a local hospital. He will lie-in-state today, at 9 a.m., with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home, with Pastor Morris Johnson as the eulogist.
