Buddy Dawson

Buddy Robert "Robbie" Dawson II, 57, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, Oct. 21, 2016. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, he was a brick mason and insulator by trade. In his spare time he loved raising flowers. He was the son of the late Buddy Robert Dawson. Survivors include his mother, Kathleen Mathis; stepmother, Betty Dawson; two sisters, Robin Massey, Rising Fawn, Ga., and Belinda (Randy) Sliger, Riceville, Tenn.; two brothers, Rick (Renee) Womack, Harrison, Tenn., and Larry (Carol) Womack, Macon, Ga. Graveside funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at Lakewood Memory Gardens East with Dr. Joey Harris officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the Valley View Chapel before the graveside service.
