Lottie Brock

ROSSVILLE — Lottie Mae Brock, 74, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016. She was born in Montgomery, Ala., to the late Curtis and Della Day but had lived most of her life in the North Georgia area and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her family, canning and was a huge Alabama Football Fan “Roll Tide”. Her greatest joy in life was spoiling her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and going to all of their ballgames. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, that will be truly missed by all who knew her. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Buford “B.B.” Brock; three brothers, Bobby Ray Day, Lebron Day and Doc Day; and one sister, Edna Richardson. Survivors include her children and spouses, Mike and Tonya Brock, of Rossville, Ga., Jeff and LeeAnn Brock, of Harrison, Tenn., and Pam and Jesse Smith, of Rossville, Ga.; sister, Pat Rogers, of Rock Spring, Ga.; seven grandchildren, Casey, Joshua, Brittany, Jeremy, Jake, Jason and Chad; four great-grandchildren, Paige, Tucker, Eli and Brantley; several nieces, nephews, numerous extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Bro. Jeff Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
