Eddy Garrett

BRYANT — Carl Edward Garrett, 61, passed away Oct. 26, 2016. He was a loving father, grandfather, and brother. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Austin “Junior” Garrett. Eddy is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Cassie Garrett; mother Ila Mae Garrett; two grandchildren, Conner and Colby Garrett; sisters, Linda (Ernie) Whited, of Bryant, Ala., Clarissa (Danny) Fox, South Pittsburg, Tenn.; brother, Austin L. (Pam) Garrett, Chattanooga, five nieces and nephews, several great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at 2 p.m., EDT in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother Wayne Winters officiating. Burial will follow in Straightway Cemetery.
