Flora Ritchie

WHITWELL — Flora Dean Lawson Ritchie, 74, passed away Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sarah Jane Lawson; brothers, Cecil Lawson, Elmer Lawson; sister, Edith Smartt. Mrs. Ritchie was a member of Kelly’s Ferry Community Church. Those left to cherish her memory are five sons, Eldon (Barbara), Neil (Valarie), Barry (Sheila), Warren (Cherie), Tommy (Anita) Ritchie all of Whitwell; two sisters, Ruby (Danny) Carlisle, of Soddy-Daisy, Betty (Ronnie) Dennis, of Chattanooga; brother, Carl (Lila) Lawson, of Chattanooga; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends 1 to 9 p.m., CST, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., CST, Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., CST, Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, at Kelly’s Ferry Community Church, with Rev. John Pratt officiating. Interment to follow at McNabb Cemetery.
