Ronald Axmacher

Ronald Stephen Axmacher, 82, of Chattanooga, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2016. He was a long time Land Surveyor in the Chattanooga area before retiring at Niles Surveying Company. He is predeceased by his parents, George David and Susie Mae Coleman Axmacher Lane; and sister, Nancy Angela Axmacher McBurnett. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Kay Fox Axmacher; children, Gary Axmacher, Barry Axmacher, Rhonda Hollis, and Beth Lillard; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016, from 1 to 5 p.m., at Eastwood Church 4300 Ooltewah-Ringgold Road, Ooltewah, TN 37363. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to his wife, Kay at 1226 Vance Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
