Sylvia Charlotte Fausch, 75, left her temporary dwelling place on earth to be with Jesus on April 17, 2017, after a brief struggle with cancer. Sylvia was born in Sweetwater, Texas on Jan. 11, 1942, to Milton Clyde Miller and Irene Brewer. Sylvia was a "yellow rose of Texas" who loved to sing the hymns of her youth, told everybody she met how good God was, and that she had the most amazing family in the world. Her faith and family are what she cherished most. We were honored to walk with her and hand her off to Jesus our Savior. She joined her mother, daddy, and beloved nephew in heaven and is survived by her three children, Jerry Fausch (Ginny), Stephanie Fitch (Eddie) and Kimberlea Emborsky (Dana); grandchildren, Raegan, Rylee, and "Peanut" Fausch and Fallon Lee; great-grandsons, Everett and Archer; brother, Delano Miller (Joan); and sisters, Alseon Davison and Karol Elliot; and several beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Billy McKillop officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, April 21, 2017, at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, 423-531-3975.
