Helen Gallant Outlaw, 87, of Red Bank, Tenn., passed away on April 22, 2017. A visitation will be held on Monday, April 24, 2017, from 4 to 6 p.m. with a funeral service to follow immediately after at 6 p.m. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, at 11:30 a.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
