Charles Gravitt

RINGGOLD — Charles “Rick” Gravitt, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, April 23, 2017, at his residence. He was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and attended Cross Path Church in East Ridge, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his oldest son, Jeremy Gravitt. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kay and Virginia Compton, of Florida, father and stepmother, Charles and Chris Gravitt, of Hixson, Tenn.; children, son, Richard Gravitt, of Ringgold, and daughter and son-in-law, Brittney and Donny Smith, of Dalton, Ga.; grandchildren, Christopher Gravitt, Alexandra Smith; brothers and sisters-in-law, Brett and Rhonda Gravitt, of East Ridge, Tenn., Shean and Elizabeth Gravitt, of Florida; nephews, Cameron and Corey Gravitt; nieces, Rachel Graham, Lucy and Maggie Gravitt, of Florida. Memorial services will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Crosspath Church in East Ridge, Tenn., with Pastor William Jacques officiating.
