Billy Lamberson

William Earl “Billy” Lamberson IV, 41, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2017. He lived in the Orlando and Jacksonville areas in Florida earlier in life. Billy was a member of Green Pond Baptist Church. He was a journeyman welder with National Boiler Service and was known as an excellent tube welder. Billy loved being around his family and was an avid Florida State Seminoles fan. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Leo Smith; brother, Dustin William Lamberson and grandfather, Harry Horn. Survivors include his loving wife, Kimberly Laymon “Kimmy” Lamberson; parents, Charlotte Lorraine Smith and William Earl Lamberson III and wife, Connie; sisters, Tammi Stover (Chris) and Jessica Rosa (David); grandparents, Lorraine Horn, Jimmie and Shirley Green; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Danny and Dorothy Laymon; sisters-in-law, Christie Laymon, Cindy and Frankie Morrow; special aunts and uncles, Charles and Brenda Thomas; special cousins, Isabel and Ashton Kilgore; niece, Morgan Kerstetter; nephews, Tyler and Aiden Laymon, Austin (Stormy) and Caleb Price; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, stepsiblings and many close friends. A special thank you to our NBS family for all their help through this difficult time; also to Dr. McCravey and the Chattanooga Tumor Clinic for everything they have done. Visitation will be on Friday, Aug. 18, 2017, at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2017, at Green Pond Baptist Church at 3 p.m. with Rev.
