Harold Thompson

LAFAYETTE — Harold Thompson, 65, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father; Johnny Thompson; sister, Liz Thompson; brother, Randy Thompson; and grandson, Harold Justin Lamar Ball. He is survived by his daughters, April (Lynns) Humphrey and Holly Thompson, of LaFayette; son, Wesley Thompson, of LaFayette; grandchildren, Jordan Vineyard, Jessie Melton, and Krissa Sipsy; mother, Mae Belle Thompson, of LaFayette; brother, Herschel Thompson, of Rocky Face; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 4 p.m. today, Aug. 19, 2017 in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Tim Dennison officiating. No interment. Family will receive friends today from 3 p.m. until hour of service. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
