William Kilgore

DUTTON — William Roger Kilgore, 61, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on Saturday, Aug. 19. Funeral services are today at 2 p.m. CT at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Rev. Gary Tipton and Rev. Floyd Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time. Survivors include daughter; Elizabeth Kilgore, Matthew Kilgore. Jonathan Andrew Kilgore; grandchildren, Lilly Kilgore, Hunter Ray, Kayden Killian, Kennedy Kilgore, sisters, Lynda Headrick(Donnie), Lyllith Johnson(Ray), Cheryl hillips(Terry), Debbie Minter(Joe), brother, Charles Kilgore(Peggy); several nieces and nephews. Mr. Kilgore was a 1974 graduate of Pisgah High School, served in the Alabama National Guard and was a self-employed carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Walter and Jessie Lee Sartin Kilgore; infant sisters, Alice and Carolyn Kilgore; sisters, Barbara Callaham, Eulene Headrick, brother, David Glenn Kilgore.
