Martha Fraser

LaFAYETTE — Martha Jane Fraser, 81, entered her heavenly home Monday, Feb. 20, 2017, where she could hear again and was welcomed by The Saviour, her parents and sisters. She was born in Chattanooga, Tenn., to the late, William Alvin and Frances Lucille Hankins Fraser. She had resided most of her life in Rossville, Ga., and was a former employee of Tradeco Industries in East Ridge, Tenn. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Temple in Fort Oglethorpe, Ga. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Gypsy Gale and Jo Ann Fraser. She is survived by her sister, Wanda (Larry) Adkins, of LaFayette, Ga.; nephews, Chris, Jason and Jeff (Lela) Bowman; great-nephews, Tyler and Max Bowman; great-niece, Zaelyn Bowman. The family will receive friends today from 1 to 8 p.m. and Thursday morning prior to the service. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. graveside at Rock Spring Cemetery – Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, with Rev. James Earl Helton officiating. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Homes, LaFayette Chapel.
