Jan Priddy

Jan Michael Priddy, 76, son of the late, J. Herbert and Lois Butler Priddy, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Feb. 16, 2017, at the Delaware Valley Veterans Home in Bensalem, Pa. Jan graduated from Chattanooga City High School in 1958. He attended the University of Chattanooga before serving in the U.S. Army. He was an avid baseball fan, especially of the Philadelphia Phillies. He worked as a journalist with The Associated Press for a number of years. He is survived by his sister, Linda Priddy Waddell, of Flintstone, Ga.; and cousins, Robert Butler, of Raleigh, N.C., and Richard Butler, of Durango, Colo.
