Jimmy Lusk

Jimmy Clark Lusk, 80, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017. He was a member of North Hamilton Church of Christ. Jimmy served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion Post 10 in Wilmington, NC. He retired from Timme-DePooter Corporation in Wilmington, where he was the Production Planning Manager and the Warehouse Shipping Manager. Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Cleo Lusk; Claude and Mae Turner; parents, James and Dortha Lusk and brother, Charles Ray Lusk. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jewell “Judy” Lusk; sons, Randall Lusk (Julie) and Michael Lusk; brother, Mike Lusk (Denise); sister, Jane Hollifield (Jerry); grandchildren, Jacob Lusk, Tonya Hinson and Jennifer Osborn; great-grandchildren, Lexi, Jewell, Jesse, Memphis and Emma and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Minister David Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
