Carol Franklin

Carol Franklin, 78, of Ooltewah, Tenn., passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2017. Carol was born to the late Austin and Dorothy Riddell, and was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Franklin, and brother, Doyle Riddell. She is survived by her son, Joey (Linda) Franklin, of Dalton, Ga. and Randy (Cathy) Franklin, of Ooltewah, Tenn.; daughter, Kristy (Roy) Quinn, of Cleveland, Tenn.; brother, James Rhinehart, of Texas; and a grandson, Ethan Quinn. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Bill Vermilling for all his love and care for Carol. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 23, at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Sam Cravatt officiating.
