Randle Dickerson

TRENTON — Ewell Randle Dickerson, 73, went home to be with his Lord on March 20, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother that loved fishing and Nascar racing. He was an officer of the Chattanooga Choo Choo Chorus SPEBSQSA, Barbershop Quartet Society, and was retired from Georgia Power Company. He was a Vietnam Era veteran and served with the U.S. Army in Germany. Randle was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Trenton, Ga., where he sang with his family from early childhood. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Ewell and Jamie Lee Dickerson; brother, Terry Dickerson. He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Sheryl Dickerson; daughter, Beth Alison Dickerson; grandson, Joshua Daniel Dickerson; sister and brother-in-law, Shelia and Jim Carroll, all of Trenton, Ga.; and brother, Will Dickerson, of Chattanooga; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2017, in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Rev. Billy Wallace officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Hills Memorial Gardens, Trenton, Ga.
