FLAT ROCK — Lois Marie Gillispie Welden, 72, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at her residence. Funeral services are today at 2 p.m. at Corner Stone Funeral Chapel with Bro. Terry Phillips and Bro. Keith Stanford officiating. Burial will follow in Welden Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until service time. Survivors include sons, Ricky Welden (Wanda), Gary Welden (Sharon); grnadchildren, Jared Welden (Emily), Dustin Welden (Sara), Kevin Welden (Glenda), Brittany McMahan (Dakota), Jordan Welden; great-grandchildren, Trinity, Ella, McKenzie, Carter, Aiden, Tristan and Bentley Welden, Macie and Kallie McMahan. Mrs. Welden was a retired Saddlery worker and of the Church of God Faith. She was preceded in death by parents, J L and Sylvia Gillispie; husband, Clyde Welden; and daughter, Donna Sue Welden.
