Faye Helms

Faye Goodwin Helms, 61, of Hixson, passed away on May 17, 2017. Faye worked as a hairstylist at Regis and was a member of Burks United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Robert "Sonny" Helms Jr.; son, Chad (Nicole) Smith; brother, James Thomas Goodwin; sisters; Lavonne Goodwin Gryder, Linda Goodwin Austin and Louella Goodwin Barnhardt; grandchildren, Alex and Gus. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 25, 2017, at Burks United Methodist Church with Pastor Tony Collins officiating.
