SOUTH PITTSBURG — Belinda Kay Stevens, 50, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017. She was preceded in death by her mom, Anne Whipkey; step-father, Jim Whipkey; grandfather, JB Aruthur; and grandmother, Mildred Picket. Survivors include her husband, Alan Stevens; children, Joey (Sharon), of Jasper and Kandi (Kevin), of Bakewell; 14 grandchildren; step-father, Lyndal Brooks; aunt, Hazel Lofty; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at noon, CDT, on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at Amazing Grace Chapel, of Sequatchie, Tenn.
