Martha Mae Carter, 72, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, in Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017, in the chapel. The body will lie-in-state after noon today, Oct. 8, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
