Rebecca Higgins Spiegelhalter, 54, passed away on Friday, Oct. 13, 2017. A funeral ceremony to commemorate her life will be conducted at 1 p.m. today, Monday, Oct. 16, 2017, at the Red Bank Church of Christ with Minister Tommy Stone officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017. The family will receive friends for visitation from noon until 1 p.m. at the Red Bank Church of Christ.
