Angela Michelle Ramsey, 50, passed away Sunday, Oct. 8, 2017, in Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, in the chapel. The body will lie-in-state beginning at 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the funeral service at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
