David Mahoney

David Michael Mahoney, 69, of Hixson, passed away on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017. David was lifelong resident of Chattanooga and longtime employee of Pruett’s Food Town. He was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church and The Knights of Columbus 6099. David is survived by one sister, Patricia Curley, of Nashville; nephew/caregiver, Josh Penland, of Chattanooga; multiple nieces, nephews and cousins and one very stupid cat, Nat-lie. The family will receive friends today, Sept. 13, 2017, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Father Charlie Burton officiating. Interment to follow to Chattanooga Memorial Park.
