Betty Kay Adkins

Betty Kay Adkins, 77, of Ooltewah, Tenn., passed away on Sept. 22, 2017. She was a member of Brainerd Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harle and Adie McDowell; three sisters and one brother. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Clayton L. Adkins; son, Clay Adkins Jr.; grandchildren, Ryan and Natalie Adkins and a sister, Sanra (Howard) Seitz. A visitation will be held today, Sept. 23, 2017, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 24, 2017, at 2:30 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel with interment to follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
