Magnolia Cooper

Magnolia F. Cooper, 66, passed away April 4, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia Tipsy and Glenn Franklin. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Wilburn and Priscilla Walker; siblings, Alonzo and Charles Franklin, Gussie Montgomery; sister-in-law, Dorothy Franklin; partner, Clarence Wilson; and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
