Charlotte Kennedy

Charlotte Juanita Kennedy, 81, a life-long resident of St. Elmo and widow of Dr. Charles Kennedy passed away on Aug. 18, 2018, at her home. Mrs. Kennedy was a graduate of Central High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Allie Koger; sisters, Joyce Koger Fulbright and Irene Koger Rose; brother, Issac Koger. Survivors include her son, Kerry Koger; sister, Lorraine “Honey” Koger Sims; grandchildren, Timeka Love Wilson, Dasha Koger-Tranchida, Jared Matthew Koger and Joshua Michael Koger; five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 22, 2018, in Forest Hills Cemetery with Pastor Steve Cook officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
