Andrew Gee

MARIETTA — Andrew H. Gee, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018, in Hospice of Atlanta. He was 65-years-old. Andrew was born on Sept. 13, 1953, and was a graduate of Red Bank High School, class of 1971. Mr. Gee was a minister. He was a Pastoral Counselor/Psychotherapist Marriage and Family Therapist. He was also a member of The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus and The Meridian Herald. He was a member of Oakhurst Baptist Church in Decatur, Ga., where he was also a choir member. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry F. and Imogene Gee. He is survived by his loving sister, Nancy Gee, of Red Bank, Tenn. He is also survived by an uncle, Ted Bowmann of Chattanooga and aunts, Jo Gee, of Chattanooga and Evelyn Gee, of Riceville, Tenn.; and many cousins and dear friends. A memorial service will be held at the Lupton Drive Baptist Church on Dec. 15, 2018, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
