Bobby Ray Beaird

CHICKAMAUGA — Bobby Ray Beaird Sr., 71, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018. He was born to the late Charlie Howard and Annie Laura Poole Beaird in Crossville, Ala., and was of the Christian faith. Bobby retired in 2008 from the Roper Corp. after many years of employment. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend, who will be greatly missed. Bobby was also preceded in death by a brother, Pete Beaird. He is survived by his son, Bobby R. (Rachael) Beaird Jr., of Chickamauga; brother, Jimmy Beaird; grandchildren, April and Bobby; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, 2018, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday. Arrangements by Wilson Funeral Home-J. Avery Bryan Chapel, Chickamauga.
