Lewis Fryer

Lewis H. Fryer, 90, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, Feb. 25, 2018. A lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area, he was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Galloway Fryer; son, Garry Fryer and a daughter, Janice Starnes. Survivors include four children; son, Carl (Helen) Fryer, three daughters, Jerri (Joe) Klatecki, Ruth Ann Fryer and Kathy Fryer; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, several brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Valley View Chapel with the Rev. Ernie Reno officiating. Interment will be in New McDonald Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory & Florist, 7414 Old Lee Highway.
