Charles Chandler

Charles Robert “Jack” Chandler III, 69 of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018, in a local hospital. Jack was a veteran of the National Guard and had worked at numerous Building Supply Companies. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Robert Chandler Jr. and Virginia Plaster and one brother, L. Kent Chandler. Survivors include his brother, James F. Chandler; sister, Candice L. Chandler; two step brothers, Malcolm Plaster and Jack Plaster; numerous nieces and nephews.
