Samuel Caffey

Samuel Caffey Jr. 78, passed on Jan. 9, 2018. He was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Inez Caffey Sr.; brother, Robert Clark. Survived by his wife, Betty Caffey; sons, Anthony Caffey and Samuel Caffey II; sisters, Helen Taylor and Joyce Barnes; brother, Theodore (Wanda) Caffey; sister, Patricia Worthen; sister-in-laws, Glenda Moore, Debra Patrick and Dorothy Douglas; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of other relative and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, at 1 p.m. at Greater Faith Temple Church. The body will lie-in-state after noon and family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Interment: National Cemetery.
