Carolyn Perry

LAWRENCEVILLE — Carolyn Eloise Sharp Perry, 83, passed away on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Carolyn was a hair stylist for over 40 years. She loved to work in her gardens, playing dominos, and watching movies. She was active in church and enjoyed singing in the church choir. Carolyn enjoyed her girl’s day out once a week with her girl friends. Her dogs were a big part of her life Toby and Bear. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Sharp; two daughters, Brenda Gail and Cynthia Lynn; parents, William and Emma McClellan; three brothers and two sisters. Survivors include her husband, James Perry; daughter, Teresa (John) Snellenberger; two sons, Stephen (Debbie) Sharp, Raymond Sharp Jr.; stepdaughter, Teresa Perry; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 13, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Ken Young officiating. Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
