Roy Millsaps

Roy Edward Millsaps, 70, of Sale Creek passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was retired from the Hamilton County Sanitation Department. He loved horses, dogs, and rabbit hunting. He was a member of Sale Creek Church of God, and he was a member of the Sale Creek Lions Club. He dearly loved his grandson, Ethan. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Juanita Millsaps; brother, Billy Millsaps; sister, Virginia Lee. Survivors include his wife, Winnie Millsaps; daughter, Pam Massengale (Anthony); sister, Carolyn Oliver (Tommy); and grandson, Ethan Massengale. A graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2018, at Hamilton County Memorial Park with Rev. Terry Bolton officiating. Condolences and memories can be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com .
