Mattie Price

Mattie Price, 81, of Harrison, passed away in her sleep on Saturday, June 16, 2018. Mattie grew up in Wears Valley, Tenn. Mattie and her spouse of 40 years, Evangelist Finley Price, spent many years traveling and ministering to the need of others. She was preceded in death by a son, Eddie Lee Burleson. Mattie is survived by her children, Lona Hayes, Earl Burleson, Naomi DeMars and Joe Burleson; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Don McGill and Ida Pearl McKee; many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 p.m. on Monday, June 18, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. A Celebration of Mattie’s Life will follow at 3 p.m. on Monday at the North Chapel.
