Erie Cuzzort

TRENTON — Erie Lou Cuzzort, 98, of Trenton, passed away at her residence, Thursday evening, March 15, 2018. Mrs. Cuzzort was a homemaker loving mother of nine children. She was a member of the Dade County Senior Citizens and also a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Thurman Cuzzort; parents, James and Priscilla Thompson; two daughters, Wanda Cuzzort and Glenda Cranmore; four sons, Hershel, Clines, Lemowen and Jerry Cuzzort; four sisters and two brothers. Survivors include daughter Barbie Tallent of Soddy Daisy; daughter Dertha Carroll of Trenton; son Ledell Cuzzort of Trenton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Chris Hagler officiating. Interment will follow in Browns Gap Cemetery.
